Which pillow is right for me?
The Nape Roll is a compact neck support. Use it on its own, or lay it along the bottom edge of the pillow you already have. It's also great on the sofa, at your desk or travelling. The Nape Contour is a full replacement bed pillow with a built-in neck curve.
I sleep on my side. Will it work?
Yes. On your side, the Roll fills the space between your ear and shoulder. With the Contour, use the higher edge.
It feels strange the first night. Is that normal?
Very. Your neck is used to your old pillow. Give it three to five nights before you decide.
Is it firm or soft?
Medium-firm. The foam softens slightly with body heat and recovers slowly, so it holds you without feeling hard.
How do I wash it?
Unzip the cover and machine wash it cold on a gentle cycle. Air dry. Don't wash the foam itself, just air it out now and then.
Does it smell when it arrives?
New memory foam can have a faint smell for a day or two. Take it out of the packaging and let it breathe somewhere airy.
Is this a medical product?
No. Nape pillows are comfort products. If you have an ongoing neck or spine condition, talk to your doctor or physiotherapist.
